Join thousands for this historic Chepstow event. The pride of Welsh racing, the Coral Welsh Grand National attracts some of the finest long-distance chasers to the premier racecourse in Wales to vie for the big prize.

The roll of honour of winners of this great race carries some very special names, and features some who have gone on to win the Grand National itself at Aintree, including Silver Birch, Bindaree and Earth Summit.

Coral Welsh National day at Chepstow is always a special occasion and this year we’re celebrating 50 years of Coral’s sponsorship of this prestigious race. The combination of a big crowd, many patriotic welsh racegoers, a prestigious race and lingering seasonal cheer ensures that it’s the perfect choice if you’re looking for things to do, or a family fun day out, straight after Christmas.

We’ll have extra facilities available to ensure you enjoy this fabulous festive day of horse racing at Chepstow.
