A modern house built on the site of a former sawmills for the Itton Court Estate. Garden of ⅔ of an acre developed over the last 20 years for year-round colour and interest. Level front garden and gently sloping rear garden with extensive views over the valley. Lots of seating areas to enjoy the views. Meadow area with bulbs. Display of tulips in spring, fruit trees and wild flowers.

Garden with flowering trees, bulbs, roses and well stocked herbaceous borders. Part of the garden is a wild flower meadow which is gradually developing and includes springbubs, particularly fritillaries. The garden has lovely views over the valley and a large terrace with seating to enjoy the views. There are also plenty of seats around the garden.
