A fun-packed activity day for children aged 6 to 11 yrs with crafting, guided walk, treasure hunt and close encounters with birds of prey.
Children will love this opportunity to get up close to some amazing raptors and watch them soar above the reservoir in a flying display. They will also learn all about their behaviours and conservation.
In addition to crafting bug hotels, bird feeders and wildlife finger puppets, they’ll also take part in a bird treasure hunt around the visitor centre and enjoy a wander through Llandegfedd Lake’s woodlands for a unique ‘Hawk Walk’ with Lewis from Wings of Wales.
