Ancient church in an almost circular churchyard, with a 15th century rood beam and loft, and a wealth of 18th-century woodwork.

This is a redundant church (no longer in use for regular workship) and managed by the Friends of Friendless Churches. Open all year round.

St Mary the Virgin, Llanfair Kilgeddin, AbergavennyGrade I listed medieval church which was rebuilt in the 1800s, carefully reusing some of the earlier fabric – such as the 15th-century rood-screen, stained glass and tracery.

In Llanfair Kilgeddin on B4598 take the turning opposite the Village Hall and the church is clearly visible in its large churchyard. Disabled access is possible.
