About

White Hare Distillery is a gin distillery in the heart of Usk, Monmouthshire founded by Christos Kyriakidis.

His passion & knowledge for gin led him to launch White Hare gin in October 2018. White Hare gin is a London dry style gin with locally foraged pine, rosemary and pink grapefruit as well as four other botanicals. Having sold over 400 bottles to locals exclusively via social media he decided to establish a presence on the high street and open his dream venue, the White Hare Distillery.

Make your own gin on one of their Gin Masterclasses. Book here.
