About

Yoga means to yolk – a union of your mind, body and spirit. Hayley offers weekly in person and Zoom yoga classes, based at Hill Farm, Tintern. Options include purchasing a class bundle of 5 classes and get the 6th one free!

Our warm and friendly classes are an hour long and mats and props are provided. Each class is themed – with a combination of hatha, vinyasa, yin and restorative yoga.

Each class is 75 minutes long, and is £7 per session via Zoom and £10 per session in person at Hill Farm, Tintern.

Forest Retreats, TinternForest Retreats is an eco-retreat centre based at Hill Farm, Tintern offering yoga and wellbeing retreats throughout the year, as well as bespoke corporate retreats.

Hill Farm, TinternHill Farm is a 15-acre smallholding overlooking the Wye Valley, comprising beautiful woodlands, paddocks and streams.
