Our casual fine dining restaurant takes inspiration from the freshest seasonal and local produce. We are the sister venue to the award-winning Greyhound Inn in Llantrissant 1 mile up the road.
Through blending modern British cuisine with influences from around the world, we have developed a unique style of menu with the finest food, creative cocktails, friendly service in a beautiful venue steeped in history.
Our hotel is open 7 days a week and our restaurant is open Wednesday to Saturday evening plus available for event hire.
