“Llandegfedd Reservoir Circular”

An enjoyable 5.5 mile (9km) circular walk along the trail which follows permitted routes, lanes, footpaths and sunken lanes around Llandegfedd Reservoir. We will be walking through woodland, across fields and climb to enjoy great views across the reservoir. There is 1 stile and occasional short steep slopes. Bring your own packed lunch and a drink. Wear stout shoes or boots and bring waterproof clothing. Assistance dogs only please. There is no charge for this activity.

Meet at the reservoir car park. From the main road through New Inn follow the sign “Llandegfedd Reservoir 2, Coed y Paen 2 ½”. After 300 metres turn right at another sign “Llandegfedd Reservoir 2, Coed y Paen 2 ½” .Follow the road until it crosses over the reservoir dam, drive up the hill on the other side and enter the car park on your left after 300 metres (ST 328 984). Terms and conditions

Booking is essential. Anyone not on the list will not be able to join the walk. 

Cancellation. Please let us know as soon as possible if you have to cancel so that we can offer the places to other walkers. MonLife Countryside Access Team reserve the right to cancel the walk due to adverse weather or illness of leaders.
