Wye Valley River Festival 2020 - Going Virtual

The Wye Valley River Festival 2020 is going to be different. It will be a virtual pot-pourri of arts, music and performance with numerous ways in which you can get involved. It will run between 21 - 27 September; keep an eyes open for the programme and how you can get involved.

In the meantime don't forget you can still go out and enjoy the Wye Valley; the social distancing doesn't prevent you from going for a walk in the sunshine (or rain), riding your bike or getting on the water in a kayak or canoe.

Gilpin 2020 is a celebration of the 250th anniversary of the William Gilpin Wye Valley Tour, which heralded the start of British tourism. There will be opportunities to relive the river tour, and maybe do a bit of painting, just like those early tourists! Why not take a look at the fabulous guide - lots of ideas for exploring the Wye Valley in 2020!
