About

With dark evenings and wintery weather, this class is a delightful way to rediscover the spirit of Christmas by baking breads enriched with eggs, sugar and butter, spiced with cardamom and cinnamon and jewelled with nuts and fruits. The kitchen will be warm and fragrant, the company relaxed and your friends and family will love the bread you take home at the end of the day. These loaves can be frozen, whole or sliced, for Christmas celebrations.
