We're delighted that Sue Stuart-Smith, the well-known psychiatrist, psychotherapist and author, is coming to talk to us about 'The Well Gardened Mind'. HPS members and non-members are all welcome. Sue will bring science, insight and anecdote together as she investigates the magic that many gardeners have known about for years – that working with nature can radically transform our health, wellbeing and confidence. Our understanding of nature and its restorative powers is only just beginning to flower.
