About

Hang Fire BBQ Street Food Circus presents an unforgettable celebration of fire cooking – a weekend of flame, flavour, and folklore festivity.

Join some of the UK’s best fire chefs for a feast with each kitchen serving small plates and a MABON dish as well as the fire kitchens there will also be a produce market, live cookery demos, natural wines and of course, incredible food cooked over open fire.

MABON Known as the ‘pagan Thanksgiving’, Mabon marks the Autumn Equinox, when day and night are equal, making it a time of balance, equality and harmony. As times move forward, we’ve often forgotten the beloved celebrations of our ancestors when seasons change. This is the perfect time of year to gather around the fire to celebrate the equinox and feast with friends.
