Humble by Nature

About

Join us for a day of Danish Easter Baking with Jennifer Burgos of Dough & Daughters. This sweet dough and bread making course will give you the skills and confidence to master delicious Danish treats to share with friends and family.

Over the course of the day you will make Cinnamon Knots, Cinnamon swirls and Easter baking essentials – Hot Cross Buns. And for those of you who love a slice of cake, you will also make a traditional Danish Chocolate Almond Orange Loaf. To top it all off, you’ll make the signature Dough & Daughters Oat and Treacle Bread Loaf.

The day is filled with Danish hygge, time to enjoy yourself and ask as many dough related questions as you like.

Dough and Daughters believe everyone should know to how to make bread and sweet Danish bakes. This course will give new bakers confidence and increase the knowledge of more experienced bakers, by first and foremost teaching you how to master the dough. Once you master the dough, the oven bakes the bread.
