There was fantastic success for Monmouthshire's producers at the 2024 Great Taste Awards last week, with five businesses achieving a total of 11 stars, including the highest award of three stars for Black Welsh Lamb's organic, pasture-fed mutton shoulder.

There was a very special school trip for the children of Trellech Primary School last week as pupils were invited to the Michelin starred Whitebrook to learn all about foraging, composting and food.
