Join us at Duckling Barn for our infamous Hot Chilli Sauce Course, creating our multi award winning Candied Jalapenos and other spicy delights.
Our Hot Sauce Chilli Course celebrates our infamous Candied Jalapenos! We'll make them and we'll taste them and you'll have jars to take home too.
We'll start at 9:30-12pm and have tea & coffee on arrival and provide all of the equipment and aprons, bring a bag to carry things home and your wellies if you'd like to meet the donkeys x

Angharad course leader, is a multi award winning preserver, with bags of enthusiasm and a willingness to share her knowledge and spread the jam love. Her Candied Jalapenos are the stuff of legend!!
