Join me for a special Festive Forage on Christmas Eve or New Year's Day morning!
Discover the best Winter herbs, spices, berries, vegetables, salad leaves, fungi, foliage & more! I will take you to an especially bountiful spot along the Severn estuary in Chepstow, where we will spend 2.5 hours exploring the best Winter bounty, discovering how to find, sustainably harvest, and create delicious food and drink recipes, with each fantastic wild ingredient!
We will also enjoy festive wild sips and nibbles during the forage!

2.5 Hours, 10am start, £70 per adult, *2 children aged 14 and under may attend for free with any paying family member. All dietary requirements can be catered to.
Non-alcoholic, vegan & gluten-free alternatives available & non-alcoholic drinks will be served to under 18s.
