Built on recommendation our licensed Coffee House and Restaurant hosts a delight of home cooked cakes and Welsh specialities including Abbey Mill's famous 'Mill Wheel' teacake. We are renowned for our fine salads and traditional dishes.

Relax and enjoy the view from our conservatory Coffee House overlooking the trout pond. We have a large Cider Barn Restaurant and an unique old beamed function room for private parties. Whether passing by, meeting friends, visiting on a day trip or staying in the area our tempting menus are available all day.

Why not try our very own speciality dish? We are renowned for our Tintern's Infamous Dragon Pie® (made only from locally grown dragons). Visitors come from miles around to enjoy this infamous pie so why not try it for yourself?

Beware - it's hot!

Christmas time at Abbey Mill

The Olde Cider Barn Restaurant combines good traditional food, good wine at a sensible price with a friendly atmosphere. Whatever your reason for celebrating Christmas whether an office/work party, WI/church group or family and friends, Abbey Mill offers the ideal setting.

If you are a party of 35 or more you can chose your date and the whole room is reserved just for you (please enquire for available dates and menus).

If you are a smaller group of between 2 - 30 then our Party Nights, where we join 2 or more groups together always proves very popular and may be of interest to you.
