About

The Grange Project is an 80-acre rewilding site in Monmouthshire, near the village of Llantilio Crossenny between Monmouth and Abergavenny. Meadows, woodland, ponds, returning wildlife. Over several years it has become a venue built for one thing: giving teams somewhere to have the conversations they cannot have in a meeting room.

Wilder Away Days is led by Dr Chloe Constable, a clinical psychologist. That is the key. Most away days change the environment but not the conversation. Here the facilitation is the product and the landscape is what makes it work.

Every bespoke day begins with a discovery call to understand the team, the focus and the outcome you're looking for. The day is then designed around that: structured dialogue, guided reflection, and nature-based activities that get people talking differently. There is a modern converted barn for indoor sessions and dining, all catering is prepared on site using produce from the market garden where possible, and your team has the whole site to itself. No other groups. No background music.

For teams of 4 to 20+, larger groups by arrangement. From £1,000 + VAT for a fully facilitated day, or from £3,500 + VAT for the overnight version with very comfy bell-tent accommodation, evening meal and breakfast. Registered charities and not-for-profits receive a 50% discount. All profits support our Wilder Connections charity, which reconnects people with nature through education and access.

Around an hour from Bristol, 90 minutes from Cardiff, and around 2.5 hours from London by car. Nearest mainline station is Abergavenny, about 8 miles away. Free on-site parking.
