About

Ancre Hill Estates is located in the beautiful Welsh county of Monmouthshire.

Please note, whilst you can still buy our wines, we no longer offer visits to the vineyard.

The 12 hectares of Ancre Hill Estates vineyards are perfectly positioned for optimum sunshine on south facing slopes close to the border town of Monmouth and the Wye Valley (AONB).

Our inspiration is to make a world class Quality Sparkling Wine, in the traditional Champenoise method, with its own unique terroir. We will also be specializing in producing Pinot Noir which will also be a Quality Wine with its own unique characteristics. First class viticulture practices on an ideal site will contribute towards this goal.
