About

A weekend retreat where we will explore the transformative power of the six perfections (aka paramitas / far-reaching attitudes) through movement and body-based practices. These attitudes are more than just mental concepts—they are the pathways to liberation, and serve as antidotes to the challenges we face in life. Cultivating these powerful mindsets can help us navigate life's obstacles with greater ease and wisdom. This process of integrating the six perfections can help us transform negative emotions, unlock our potentials, and offer our greatest support to others. Rather than conceptualise them the focus will be on exploring ways of tasting these six paramitas through movement, breath, and stillness.
