June Open Day - 6th - 7th June

What’s On: LEGO Landmarks workshop, Saturday 6 June, 10am-2pm with Bricks McGee

Children can build colourful Welsh castles, bridges and landmarks from thousands of LEGO bricks this June at Llwyn Celyn’s free family open days, near Abergavenny, hosting a free LEGO workshop led by experts from Bricks McGee. A highlight of the weekend will be the hands-on ‘LEGO Landmarks’ workshop in the Threshing Barn (Saturday only), where children can drop in to build colourful versions of Welsh landmarks using thousands of LEGO bricks, guided by a ‘master builder’.

The activity is free to take part in on a drop-in basis, anytime between 10am-2pm. Pre-booking is preferred via the main event booking link. Donations towards the Landmark Trust are welcome. Suitable for primary-school-aged children and LEGO fans of all ages!

Hot drinks and facilities will be available in the Threshing Barn, and dogs on leads are welcome. Visitors are welcome to bring their own picnic with outside seating available. Free visitor parking is provided in the next field, and unreserved accessible spaces are available.
