Monmouth Medieval Festival will take place the weekend of the 4th and 5th July 2026, at multiple sites around Monmouth, including Vauxhall Fields, Monnow Bridge and Monmouth Castle. 

Enjoy watching thrilling displays and experiencing all things medieval.  Confirmed participants include: amazing reenactors Freeman of Gwent, Free Company of Aquitaine (warbow archers), The Angevins (swordplay demonstrations, medieval text “scriptorium” and medieval kitchen), Tom Livingstone stone mason and Ben Long Falconry together with Newport Medieval Ship Project providing a fantastic insight into their work.

Join in, have fun and learn at the same time at this, free two day event!
