About

The Wye Valley Greenway is a five mile shared use route between Tintern and Chepstow, mostly following the old Wye Valley railway line down the eastern side of the River Wye.

The path allows walkers, cyclists and wheelchair users to enjoy a beautiful trip down the Wye Valley and through the 1km Tidenham Tunnel.

Due to bat populations within Tidenham Tunnel, this section is closed at night-time and from 1st October - 31st March.

Please visit the Wye Valley Greenway website for more information, as well as the current conditions of the path.
