A charming detached stone cottage totally refurbished to the highest standards in a quiet residential village above the Wye, 2 miles from Tintern Abbey.

The cottage sleeps 6 in four bedrooms,  There is one superking bedroom, one double bedroom and two spacious single rooms. Each of the two bathrooms has a monsoon headed shower. Downstairs in a shower cubicle, upstairs over a bathtub.

It  has attractive facilities including an electric vehicle charger, hot tub in the sheltered garden , woodburner, squishy leather sofas and armchairs, very fully equipped kitchen with range cooker,dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine , 6TVs, superfast WiFi and Bluetooth speaker. There is a well equipped laundry room with space to wash and dry outdoor kit and swimwear ( sink, washing machine and drier., plus outside rotary line)  and a hosepipe for bikes .

Foxes Reach is convenient for numerous real ale pubs  with good food and great eateries from cafes to the Michelin-starred Whitebrook.  A beauty therapist  is within a couple of minutes walk and Silver Circle Gin distllery  with its taskings , classes and events is just a few minutes drive.. The Wye Valley Walk , Offas Dyke and the Monmouthshire Way are easily accessed .

Several wedding venues are very local including Tintern Abbey , Tintern Old Station, both Trellech and Tintern Churches and only slightly further the popular St Tewdrics.

Full Central heating to 21C is provided year round and included in the rental .Bedlinen, towels, tea towels etc are all included, beds are ready to slip into and the table laid for your  arrival. Robes are available on request.

The garden is fully enclosed and pets are welcome. Pet towel and spare bowls provided. Local walking is fantastic from the doorstep.( Woodland and riverbank, Offas Dyke, Wye Valley Walk, Tintern Trail, Monmouthshire Way)

The cottage is  especially suitable for honeymoons and significant birthdays as the superking bedroom, hot tub  and woodburner are wonderfully romantic-  as well as suitable for family holidays!

Outside find private off road parking for about 2-3 cars , garden furniture and sunbrolly , barbecue and  outside games like giant dominoes and boules. The Laundry doubles as a lockable cycle /golf trolley store.
