Join us for this 6.5 mile (10.5 km) walk taking you through farmland and tracks before climbing into Buckholt Wood. Leaving the wood you will enjoy breath taking views over the mountains of Abergavenny and the Black Mountains beyond. Continuing down through fields, you will follow the river Monnow before returning to Monmouth town. 

Lots of stiles and one long, steep slope. Can be very muddy under foot. Not suitable for dogs, including assistance dogs. Bring your own packed lunch and a drink. There is no charge for this activity.
