The Wye Valley Walk

Take on the Wye Valley Walk in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. From the Welsh coast at Chepstow, past the serene beauty of Tintern and on to the county town of Monmouth. The Monmouthshire section of this walk covers around 17 miles (25-27km) and is made up almost entirely of paths through woodland

Along your way you'll pass medieval castles in Chepstow, the majestic ruins of Tintern Abbey, the Georgian Monmouth Shire Hall, a Michelin stared restaurant and fantastic views over the valley.

2018 is Wales' Year of the Sea, so it's the perfect time to get out and discover the waterways of Monmouthshire.
