Lower Pen-y-Clawdd Farm has everything a Coarse Fishing fan could want, all on site and situated in stunning Welsh countryside with breathtaking views.
The fishery is readily accessible by car and accommodation is available on a a weekly self-catering basis. With easy access to South Wales, Forest of Dean, Brecon Beacons and Cardiff it is an ideal location for families to explore this picturesque area of Britain. Lower Pen-y-Clawdd Farm offers 3 purpose built and well stocked coarse fishing lakes ready to keep you occupied and entertained in peaceful surroundings.
Our Coarse Fishing facilities are available for guests to relax and partake in some stunning natural surroundings where our 3 well stocked lakes should offer you all the fishing enjoyment you could ask for.
Our lakes are well stocked with a range of fish to satisfy every course fisherman's requirements. On-site parking is available to ensure that your equipment is only a short distance from our lakes, making fishing with us an easy and enjoyable experience.

Lower Pen-y-clawdd Farm is situated close to the A40 (dual carriageway between Newport & Monmouth)
If travelling from Monmouth turn into Raglan services and take the first left over cattle grid and then right on to farm.
If travelling from Newport take the Raglan exit and then follow signs for Mitchell Troy, after approx 2 miles take a right turn signposted Pen-y-clawdd, pass over the A40 and take the next right (private road), continue along drive to the farm.
If travelling from Abergavenny, take the A40 to Raglan, take the Monmouth exit then follow signs for Mitchell Troy (see above).
Parking on site is only a short distance from the lakes.
