Modern, easily accessible accommodation in new guest wing on 60 acre sheep farm only 12 miles from Cardiff. 6 fully equipped ensuite rooms, including a ground floor double room. Guests’ lounge and conservatory, gym, Wireless Internet connection, safe parking, local pubs. Business packages available. 3 miles from J28 M4.

All of our 6 bedrooms are individually designed and decorated and feature en-suite toilet, washbasin and shower facilities, whilst benefiting from central heating, a hospitality tray, hairdryer and Freeview colour TV.

For those wishing to conduct business or to simply stay connected during their visit, broadband Wi-Fi internet access is available in all bedrooms and communal areas throughout the guest accommodation area.

Ground Floor Accommodation
A double room with en-suite bathroom including a walk-in shower.

First Floor Accommodation
A twin-bedded room with en-suite bathroom, situated at the front of the house - two single beds can be joined to make a ‘superking’ size bed, if required.
A double room with en-suite bathroom at the rear of the house.
A single room with en-suite bathroom.

Second Floor Accommodation
A triple room with large en-suite bathroom and three single beds, two of which may be joined to make a ‘superking’ size bed. Space for the addition of a single sofa bed is available, if required.

A family room situated at the rear of the house with pleasant views of rolling countryside. With a double and single bed, plus en-suite bathroom.

Exit Junction 28 of M4 and take A467 towards Risca/Brynmawr. At the next roundabout take A468 towards Caerphilly. After about a mile there is a pub on the right hand side called "The Rhiwderin Inn". Turn right immediately after the pub over a railway line. Keep on the main road which bears slightly round to the left. Keep on this road through the village and straight down the country lane. Once you are down the lane we are the first property on the left. Turn into carpark immediately after house.

ACCESS STATEMENT FOR PENTRE TAI FARM, RHIWDERIN, NEWPORT Nearest Railway Station Newport Parking Car parking available for 5 cars adjacent to the front door We can help with taking luggage to and from bedrooms Entrance to the house is direct from the car park up one small step (13 cm deep) Entrance door to porch is 82 cm wide and is of stable door design, the top half to be opened first Entrance door to house is 82 cm wide and is over small lip Sitting/Dining Room There is a hallway with tiled flooring between the entrance door and the sitting/dining room Lighting in the hallway is left switched on at night All internal doors are 80 cm wide The sitting/dining room is on one level and is carpeted throughout No toilet facilities on the ground floor Bedrooms A staircase with 13 steps leads from the sitting/dining room to the bedrooms, with a handrail on both sides. Staircase is 86 cm wide with steps 20 cm in depth. It is not spiral. Lighting over the staircase is left switched on at night The first bedroom is directly on the left at the top of the stairs. It has twin beds and an ensuite toilet, sink unit and shower room all with standard facilities. The sink unit is small and is 110 cm height from the floor. The second bedroom is further down the corridor 84 cm wide.
