Day Delegate Rates

£45.00 per person + VAT

The rate includes:

- Meeting room hire

- Tea, coffee and bottled water available all day and Welsh cakes served mid morning

- Two-course lunch with vegetarian options in The Oak Room. Or, we will provide Bento boxes* in the function room.

- A selection of home-made cakes and scones served mid-afternoon.

- Audio visual equipment such as:

Flipchart and markers

Data projector and screen

Wireless broadband connection

Notepaper and pen for each delegate, place cards

TV and video (on request)

Conference tool kit (i.e. drawing pins, stapler, hole puncher, sticky tape, etc.).

24-hour delegate package

£140.00 per person + VAT

The rate includes:

- Three-course dinner with vegetarian options in The Oak Room

- En-suite accommodation in standard double rooms for single occupancy, including shoe-shine, and Full English or continental breakfast. Room upgrades available.

- Tea, coffee and bottled water available all day and Welsh cakes served mid morning

- Two-course lunch with vegetarian options in The Oak Room. Or, we will provide Bento boxes* in the function room.

- A selection of home-made cakes and scones served mid-afternoon.

*Bento boxes are a unique way of serving lunch in an easy and convenient manner. The meal is split into four dishes, all served at the same time in this traditional Japanese lunch box. We have three styles of lunch available in our bento boxes:

- British

- Continental

- Oriental

Each delegate will receive a box of their own, allowing them to enjoy lunch at their leisure. Vegetarian and gluten free options are also available.
