The Preservation Society produce multi award winning preserves in the heart of the Wye Valley. They love to Swap Crop seasonal fruit and veg with local growers, offer preserving and jam making classes and masterclasses for those that want to set up their own business. 

They sell their produce online and in markets & stores locally.
