About

Enjoy a fun day of weaving, foraging and wild food with Gourmet Gatherings at Black Rock Picnic Site on the Severn Estuary.

The day will start with a basket weaving session with Amanda Rayner (from Wyldwood Willow), including foraged snacks and refreshments. You'll then take your newly weaved baskets to explore the salt marshes, hedgerows, meadows and coastal flats of this beautiful area of the Gwent Levels. You'll learn how to sustainably forage and make delicious recipes, finishing with a delicious salmon lunch overlooking the water at Black Rock.
