Llwybrau Cerdded Iachus

Mwynhewch gefn gwlad Sir Fynwy tra'n mwynhau buddion iechyd o fynd am dro hefyd.

Datblygwyd y teithiau cerdded weddol fyr, mynediad hawdd hyn gyda grwpiau cerdded Fit4Life i ddilyn ymlaen o'r Cynllun Cyfeirio at Ymarfer Corff yn y canolfannau hamdden.

Mae 10 taith gerdded yn ardal Cas-gwent/Cil-y-Coed, 9 yn ardal y Fenni a 4 yn Nhrefynwy.

Mae nifer o'r teithiau'n defnyddio llwybrau gwastad gyda gatiau yn hytrach na chamfeydd. Mae rhai yn fwy heriol, gyda llethrau, grisiau, tir garw neu fwdlyd neu gamfeydd. Mae gwybodaeth ar gerdyn llwybr pob taith felly gallwch benderfynu a yw'n addas i chi.

Fe roddir cyfarwyddiadau manwl i'ch helpu i ddilyn pob taith ac mae ychydig wybodaeth ychwanegol am y mannau o ddiddordeb ar y ffordd. Mae mapiau hefyd yn cael eu darparu, gyda llwybrau Trefynwy a Chas-gwent/Cil-y-Coed yn cael eu dangos ar luniau o'r awyr, gan ei wneud yn haws i gael teimlad am yr ardal rydych yn cerdded ynddi.
