Brought to you by the same person who runs Catbrook's popular Yoga sessions, Sarah from Taking the Mat yoga, together this time with her highly experienced colleague Sanghaketu. The workshop will draw on the Buddhist tradition but is secular.
The session will include
Body scan relaxation
Breath based meditation
Loving kindness meditation
Walking meditation
Group discussion/Q and A.
There will be a tea break and no previous experience is required.
