We hope you’ll be delighted with your purchase(s) but if you’re not don’t worry. We offer full refunds on unwanted unused items returned in their original condition up to 28 days from receipt of purchase. This is in addition to your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.
Free Returns to Store
You can return your item(s) to Chepstow Tourist Information Centre. Please bring the original dispatch note and payment card used to place the order.
Freepost Collect+ Returns
Visit collectplus.co.uk or text COLLECT and your postcode to 84555 (e.g. COLLECT WD17 1HP) to find your nearest Collect+ store. Texts to 84555 are charged at your standard network rate.
1. Complete the Postal Returns Note received with your order and enclose with your item(s) inside the parcel.
2. Attach the pre-paid Collect+ label to the outside of your parcel ensuring the original dispatch label is covered.
3. Please note, each parcel returned by Collect+ must have a unique barcode number, therefore the same returns label cannot be used for more than one parcel. If you require more than one label, visit www.collectplus.co.uk/visitmonmouthshire. Enter your order number and email address, tick the terms and conditions box and press ‘Proceed’’. A Collect+ label will be emailed to the address supplied for you to print and attach to the parcel.
4. Take your parcel to any Collect+ store where you will be given a receipt. Please retain this until we have sent you an email confirming that your refund has been processed. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to process from date of posting.Return Terms
