Details

Our core ales – Baa Best, Baa 2 Bridges and Baa IPA are available in cask and bottles. Our seasonal ales, Baa Humbug and Baa B-Q Blonde are cask ales only, and our exclusive Baa Pilsner is a bottle only offering.

Our brand and Trademark has been commissioned in conjunction with a local graphic designer, who lists among her clients the National Parks Service in America and Iceland national tourist board. Whilst looking to give a modern feel to the brand we are keen to celebrate the local heritage of Chepstow. This is achieved though representation of some of the iconic global architecture we are surrounded by. Chepstow castle is the oldest standing stone built castle in the UK; Chepstow town gatehouse dates back to the Thirteenth century (when brewing was last a commercial activity in the town!) In 2016 the Wye Bridge celebrates its 200th birthday and the world famous Severn Bridge turns 50.

Our craft brewery is situated some 300-400 metres from Chepstow’s main street. If you head to the train station you will find us in unit four next to Chepstow Upcycle. At the brewery we have a small retail outlet, open to trade and public, where you can buy all of our beers as well as merchandising. We are also proud to offer brewery tours, meet the brewer evenings and for special occasions we offer a cask and dispenser loan service. You can also register and become a member of our brewery club; benefits include free brewery tours, beer discounts, branded merchandise and access to exclusive tasting evenings.

We hope you enjoy drinking our beers as much as we enjoyed making them!
