Tintern Ambassadors
Thank you for volunteering to be a Tintern Ambassador. Your role is crucial in reassuring residents and visitors that Tintern is a safe and welcoming place to visit and helping to get the town back on its feet.
This page will be filled with resources to help give you the information you need to perform your role effectively. It includes the slides from your training presentation, a map of Tintern, police contacts and the Natural Resources Wales Wild Swimming Code to help answer queries about open water swimming.
The visitor facing section of this website is full of information that will help answer queries on the wide range of things to see and do in the area and the Tintern page provides information specific to the village including opening hours for the visitor attractions. To keep up to date with relevant news and information, you may also wish to follow us on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. If there is anything else you need added to this section to help with your role please let us know tourism@monmouthshire.gov.uk
