Tracey Anne Stich

About

Tracey-Anne Sitch is an artist with a passion for wildlife, who has painted natural history subjects for as long as she can remember.

Originally from London, she gained a degree in zoology at Nottingham University in the 1980s, and worked subsequently as a commercial artist and illustrator, and a freelance paint-and-trace artist in the animation industry. During this time she continued to exhibit paintings in London and Hampshire.

Tracey-Anne moved to Wales with her husband and family in 1999, and after a career break to raise two sons to school age, has resumed painting, and, increasingly finding inspiration in the wildlife and landscapes of the beautiful Usk Valley, is currently exhibiting at a number of local galleries.

Tracey-Anne was artist-in-residence at the museum of Nature In Art, Gloucester this year
