The Whitebrook

The Whitebrook were praised for their "well-judged and eclectic wine list", with a "punchy, varied and appealing" by the glass section. Their wine list was especially priased for its varied price points, "so all pockets are catered for".

Their 4th AA Rosette is a testament to the hardwork, dedication and skill of Chris and his team in making The Whitebrook one of the premier restaurants not just in Wales, but in the UK.

The Angel, Abergavenny

The Angel Hotel in Abergavenny was named Hotel of the Year for Wales, and what a well deserved honour. Judges were particularly impressed with recent sympathetic modernisation and refurbishments, improving the hotel without taking away any of the charm. They also received a AA Rosette for their great food.

This award sits alongside their continued recognition for fantastic Afternoon Tea, being one of only 9 places outside London to be a member of the prestigious Tea Guild.
